SO HOW DOES THIS eCOURSE WORK?
You will receive a video a day for 28 days taking you through a series of powerful Qigong exercises.
In that time, you will have in your possession a powerful practice that will last you a lifetime (and probably extend your lifetime in the process). Also, in that time, if you accompany the teaching with sufficient daily practice, you should attain at least an intermediate level of Qigong.
The length of this course allows you to learn the exercises deeply and experience the real power of working with qi / energy (and that’s what Qigong means, after all remember, ‘working with Qi’).

You’ve tasted some of the Great Eight in those introductory videos. This is a beautiful and complete form and – unlike many Qigong forms – each movement can flow into the other. We will go in-depth into each movement and learn how this form can create the perfect stepping stone into a more spontaneous form of Qigong. The whole form is designed too to get you into the Qigong state quickly.

We explored some of this form of Qigong in those introductory videos too. You will learn 5 different positions for this very special type of Qigong. But it’s less about positions and more about what’s going on when you’re standing. This really can be the most blissful form of, well, anything, that you could ever do. Just by standing (in the right way) your whole body will start tingling and buzzing with qi. It takes a while to get the hang of it, but when you do, you’ll never want to stop.

Tapping is using your hands to tap various parts of your body related to your energy (meridian) system. You will learn a complete tapping form that you can practise every day. And it’s a great way to start the day. It leaves you feeling energised (in the more traditional sense), revitalised and is known for its rejuvenating qualities.

The most advanced form of Qigong – and usually not introduced to people until they’re well-practised in a Qigong form and familiar with how qi works – ‘Spontaneous’ or ‘Free’ Qigong is awesome. It involves tuning into the qi in your body, and the movement of that qi, and simply following it…. wherever it takes you. Despite the ‘spontaneous’ moniker, it takes some practice to really tune in, then trust yourself, and have the ‘F**k It’ quality to really follow it. But we’ll go through all that. You’ll love this.
