In week 1 you’ll receive the ‘Revolutionary Script Doctoring’ podcast.  It will consist of the information you need to answer the ‘why’ you’re doing this, and visualisations to help you picture your revolution and the crucial work of doctoring the negative scripts and inducing the new, healthy ones.

 

REV0LUTIONARY LIVE GATHERING

In week 2, we’ll gather on Zoom for the ‘Revolutionary Live Gathering’ for a world of life-changing goodness via fun exercises, sharing, visualisations over live music, shamanic journeys, digging into how these mantras work in various real-life scenarios, and generally getting to know each other and enjoying each other’s company.

 

CELEBRATING THE REVOLUTION

One week later, we’ll be sharing and celebrating our progress and successes and feelings of bliss and challenges faced (differently) in our private forum.  You’ll be supported and support others and John will be there to guide the journey as ever. THE 5 TRICKS FOR REVOLUTION –

1. WHY A REVOLUTION?
The ‘why’ is always important for the rational side of our brains. Why are we using this particular mantra?  Why do we use mantras like this? Keep the rational side happy and you can go play in the rest of the brain.

2. OPEN THE GATE FOR THE REVOLUTION
To enter the rest of the brain (ie. beyond the rational), we need to relax (that’s the ‘gate’).  This is where the real (joyous) work will be done. The visualisations and mantras then soothe and clean and balance those long-accumulated negative scripts and ideas.

3. VISUALISE THE REVOLUTION
The deepest parts of the brain work with imagery (and are stimulated by words). So visualising where we want to go with the mantra work, how we want to feel, the way we’d like to be, is critical (and also fabulous fun and deeply powerful).

4. REPEAT FOR REVOLUTION
Repetion is the essential technique for changing our existing (unhealthy) scripts. This is how these scripts got there in the first place (constant repetition), so this is how we balance them (and, shhh, replace them). We have some great ideas for making repetition of these mantras a part of your life.

5. CELEBRATE THE REVOLUTION
We will share our progress with each other.  And we will celebrate that progress.  In itself, this amplifies the power of the work. We are inspired by others’ successes.  We naturally model them.  And we remind ourselves of how well we’re doing, month-by-month.

THE F**K IT PRINCIPLES
‘F**k It’, the original mantra, affects the brain.  Which direction it takes in your brain depends on how you use it.  This is the guide to the primary ways (and principles) to use F**k It.

THE SCIENCE OF THE F**K IT MANTRAS
To understand how the F**k It mantras work, it’s worth understanding some of how the brain works – especially the hemispheres, the brain frequencies and the role of the subconscious.

F**K IT, IT DOESN’T MATTER SO MUCH
This first mantra is so effective because it gets to the heart of the issue for most of us – that we take everything so seriously and it all becomes so HEAVY. This is an instant lightener and perspective-giver.

F**K IT, THIS TOO SHALL PASS
There are many stories as to the origin of these four words.  But they work because they can apply to good times and bad: they remind us that everything washes away over time, and therefore not to hang on (to the good or the bad).

F**K IT, I CAN RELAX NOW
Relaxation is at the heart of this work, and there’s little that can relax like this mantra.  Even if the rational brain responds that there’s no reason to relax (now), the mantra will help tease out one, and you’ll RELAX (now).

F**K IT THIS IS WHAT IT IS
We could spend all year just on ‘acceptance’. It’s a big subject (John has written at least one book on this). But these five words get you there in an instant (without the instant debate). In our instinctive need to resist (what is), this zaps your brain with the irrefutable truth – ‘this is what it is’.

F**K IT, I AM WHAT I AM
Gaia spends her life on this one, via her ‘F**k It Be Yourself’ work.  The core of many of our issues is the non-acceptance, the non-approving, the non-loving of ourselves.  F**k It, we are what we are. I am what I am.  Now let’s start living.

F**K IT, THIS IS BLISS
Even in tough times, there is plenty to be grateful for, plenty of beauty. But there is also bliss to find and to feel.  It doesn’t exclude the pain and difficulty, it sits with it, and sometimes beneath it.  Don’t think about this too soon, but one day you will see that ‘F**k It, THIS IS BLISS’. QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT BE ASKING:


How does it work with John’s 1-to-1s on the Gold membership?

As part of your membership, you become part of John’s regular client group, and have one 1-to-1 every month, which is one hour long, and on Zoom (though you can do face-to-face if you prefer, John & Gaia live in Brighton-Hove, UK).

Can I upgrade from Silver to Gold later?

In theory, yes.  The system allows you to do that at the click of a button.
But… because Gold membership is limited to how much time John has available for new regular clients, it might be that there’s no longer availability.

Can I cancel if I later find it’s not for me?

The majority of our Founder Members are still with us, more than two years later.
So we reckon you’ll love it.
But, yes, you can cancel your membership anytime.

What if I can’t make the live sessions, are they recorded?

Yes, every session is recorded and then put in your membership area. You’ll also get the link to the Zoom cloud recordings, where you can follow along with the ‘chat’ at the side of the video… which is about the closest to live you’ll get 🙂

Can we join as a couple, with one membership?

If you’re planning to do the sessions and the work together and you’re in the same household, yes.
You’d register under one name, and then you access everything with those log-ins.
We have been asked this and we did see there were quite a few couples on the workshop sessions, so it’s great if you want to attend live sessions, etc., together.

I’m in Australia, so the sessions are in the middle of the night for me.

Yes, we are aware of that.  And we’re sorry for it too.
We do have Australian members of our memberships who get up (very early) to join the sessions (usually in their dressing gowns), but we know that’s not for everyone.
So we have the recordings that are available soon after the sessions.

I have a question that’s not on this list, and want to check this out before I join, what do I do?

Email us and ask Nova (the lead member of Team John & Gaia) to pass the question to John.  She’ll do that and John will reply.

September 2022

F**k It. Be Slow 
You have to say ‘F**k It’ to the speed, the push and the addiction to speed to begin to slow down. But when you do, everything changes. Slow down the movements, the breathing, the speech and, critically, the thoughts and the world changes. Not like a slowed-down movie, but the act of slowing down changes the actual content of the movie.

F**k It. Be Calm.
It is easy to say. And maybe it’s easy to do occasionally, with some application. But imagine being calm through the rush, calm through the challenges, calm through the chaos. It takes a ‘F**k It’ to the default response to the inherent drama and anxiety, but once developed, your calm will get you through any storm.

F**k It. Be Honest.
You think you’re honest, of course you do. But when you apply radical honesty to your thoughts and your life, everything becomes more real, more interesting, clearer, and easier. You have to say ‘F**k It’ to the stories and the gentle constant dissembling, then what blossoms out of those remnants is crystal clear clarity about everything.

F**k It. Be You.
The ‘you’ you think you are, is most likely an adapted multi-dimensional hologram of the real you beneath, that’s projecting out these flickering lights in order to protect yourself, or get what you think you need. Practically every human being lives in this madness of inauthentic projection, it’s time to switch off the projection, tap into the truth beneath, and unleash the revolution.

F**k It. Be Clear. 
Every single time you take a step into ‘being clear’ you need a good old ‘F**k It’ to the decades of conditioning to do otherwise. In almost everything we say to any other human being, we could be clearer.  In almost every thought we have in that hinterland between the stimuli of reality and our body and emotions, we could be clearer. And being clear ignites the light of freedom.

F**k It. Be Present.
Beyond that cliché of “oh, I must be more present” lies a key doorway to liberation. Being truly present napalms the time-based, identity-based drama that constitutes our everyday reality. What’s left, if you wait, is a magical space, through which everything flows.  You have to say F**k It to understanding any of it, and just jump down the rabbit-hole that is ‘being present’.

F**k It. Be The Qi.
Ahhh, don’t worry, don’t think you have to believe anything.  We’ll just experience what it feels like, the ‘qi’ or ‘energy’.  You’ll find that the qi provides the closest possible connection between this material and manifest world and the energetic and unmanifest world beneath.  It’s a bit like playing with the original Lego of the universe. And you can really have some fun with it.

F**k being extraordinary, chasing the dream, pushing yourself to and beyond your limits, reaching for the stars, finding your purpose and scrambling around for your specialness. Instead, revel in the ordinary. The meek, after all, shall inherit the earth. Satori, after all, those moments of clarity and enlightenment, tends to reveal the excruciating deliciousness of the most ordinary things around us. Enjoy being ordinary and invite in Mr. Satori.

F**k It. Be Light.

When you finish your difficult work project, and relax, when you have a glass of your favourite something, or you’re out with friends on a Friday night, you are, most likely going to feel lighter. Feeling light can be the result of various changes in the circumstances of reality, but if you can access it easily, and sit in it for long enough, you’ll find that it’s one of the quickest ways to the other form of ‘light’ the one that lights up your being and everything you see, in wonder.

F**k It. Be Right.

The Buddhists talk about ‘right mind’, ‘right speech’ and ‘right action’.  The Christians talk about ‘sin’ as the opposite of ‘right’, and it actually means ‘missing the mark’.  It can all feel very dualistic and judgemental, this dividing of the world into right and wrong. But when you see that ‘right’ can mean the natural, clear way, that flows through the drama and resistance, then that word starts to point to something more interesting, a soft signpost to guide you through the marvellous mess.

By saying ‘F**k It’ to the having to be right, and having to be perfect, to not making any mistakes, then everything in us relaxes.  Like sitting back into a flowing river, we’ll bump into things, get into the wrong positions, do stupid things, but, F**k It, who cares. It’s all part of the ride.

F**k It. Be Still.

Underneath everything is stillness.  When we become still, when we tune into stillness, it’s like putting our hands below the disturbed surface of a pond and feeling the still depths beneath. Our everyday reality is all movement, drama and disturbance.  But, at any moment, we can stop and be still, and reach into those depths. And just touching those depths then tends to change everything when we come back to the surface.

F**k It. Be Full of Life.

With life like an ever-flowing stream, it’s surprising that it’s so difficult for most people to be ‘full of life’. The primary way to stop that flow in is ‘resistance’, and that is usually resistance to ‘what is’.  The most obvious indication of such resistance is moaning and complaining. If you moan and complain (even just in hour head), you’re resisting.  When we stop resisting (and moaning and complaining), we fill with life.

F**k It. Be Empty.

In order to be full we need to be empty.  Oh, hello Mr. Zen.  What tends to happen is that we fill with the drama of life, the addiction to the 10,000 things (as Lao Tzu put it), and the resistance to the 9,900 things that don’t suit us. When we can empty of this drama, and drop into a quieter place, quieter at every level, then what returns, as we fill up, is a different quality of being.

To be well in the body we must start in the mind.  And the being calmer, more honest and clear, more conscious, and tapping into stillness and slowness of our journey, will all have deep and powerful effects on the body.  Even in this very moment, slowing the breath, and calming the mind, will have an instant effect on every part of our body.

F**k It. Be Kind.

It may well happen naturally.  As we calm down, slow down and sit into a quieter place in our lives, we’re more likely to be kind to others. And, of course, more kind to ourselves.  Kindness is good for us too (as our current self-orientated society is fond of telling us), but kindness, of course, is mainly very good for others. And in a society drenched in self-interest and its conflicts, kindness really does go a long way.
